Sonia Quade is a Certified HeartMath Trainer/ Mentor and Trauma response provider, coaching others in self- regulation practices. HeartMath techniques allow us to use the intelligence of our own hearts which shifts us from reacting to responding.

Sonia is also a Certified Personal Coach and Reiki Master. Operating in her Crone aspect as well as using her training, spiritual tools and ritual, Sonia helps others to balance and align within their purpose and passion.
